Wild-Heerbrugg / Hewlitt-Packard Survey Volume C

Posted by GKTTXAG on Dec 12, 2011 1:31 pm

Does anyone out there have a copy of the HP Surveying Volume C for an HP 83 Computer ?

Even a hard copy print of the code would be ok.

Is there a program out there that emulates VOLUME C ?

Thanks

Greg

What media do you need it on 5-1/4" or 3.5"?

I am the one who wrote that software back in 1979 at HP.  I don't have a copy of it, that was 33 years ago! The XYZworks software is the currently available program I wrote in 2000 that does everything the HP software did, and is the closest you will find.

Curt:

I still use mine that I bought in 1984 every once in awhile on my old HP86B. I still think it's the best cogo program ever written. The single and double proportion portion in it is the only one I' ve ever seen in any of the software I've used. Also the section breakdown to 1/64ths is a dandy. I use Simplicy Survey 4.0 and it is close, but no single and double proportion and the section breakdown only goes down to 1/16ths.
