Well, I don't use LGO, so I don't know what kind of file format it's going to want to see.
You can get to the NGS Antenna Calibration Page here:

The above site will get you either individual antennas, or complete ASCII files for both NGS "Relative" or "Absolute" calibrations data.
The latest (I think) IGS Absolute Calibration data can be found here:
ftp://ftp.ngs.noaa.gov/pub/pnt6/igs05_1604.atx
If LGO will accept ASCII files (most programs do), then at worst you will have to [maybe] cut out the antennas that you are interested in, and re-format the data somewhat.
Absolute Calibrations have REPLACED Relative Calibrations some time ago (about 4 years), but many programs are still running some form of Relative Calibrations (NGS or vendor specific). As we move over to ITRF-2008 this winter, we should all get on the same page with the Absolute Calibrations.
